where we found her: at her williamsburg vintage store antoinette, which is named after her mom. amongst other rare & beautiful finds, the store still stocks some 70s&80s pieces from her mom’s amaze personal closet (yes, that;’s how the biz was started..) the store recently celebrated its second year in biz with a banging 2 year anniversary party, as well as launch of in-store local designers: The Brooklyn Suspender Co. and NINA Z clogs! what else? lovely lexi lives and breathes her vintage. yes, she does have the shop’s logo tattooed on her arm :) soon time for that NINA Z neck tatoo?

where we found her: NINA Z was hanging out with may’s cloggie as she was preparing for rehearsal with her band SLOWDANCE at their practice space in bushwick.
quay is the band’s vocalist and of course sings in both english and french, voila <3
we have always been a fan of her music and dope style.

OUR SUMMER SANDALS ARE HEREEEEE!
Our delivery of NINA Z summer sandals have finally arrived from Sweden! After a broken engine on the ship, bad weather and a back log at customs, we are relieved that they are here in time for the warm weather :)
We have busy unpacking them today at the new NINA Z HQ…
Our new styles include MIA blk., a higher-heeled version of the ANNA blk. sandals and INGRIDs now in cognac and AGNETAs in black. They are not yet available on the website but you can email us at nina@ninaznyc.com or visit us this weekend at the Brooklyn Flea :)

One of the lovely ladies from the past End of Century store in the Lower East Side is this month’s NINA Z muse.
Lara (pictured wearing LISA blk.) and Chantal opened their new studio/showroom/retail project OF US in Greenpoint, Brooklyn last month and we love their efforts to collaborate with New York based designers and artists :)
We want to steal Lara’s jean on jean (AKA Canadian Tuxedo) combo which is perfect for Spring. The necklace she wears is also by friend and fellow Brooklyn Flea vendor, Julie Thevenot from her label Rabbit on the Run.
